Audio-Navigation System DTC Troubleshooting: 1701

DTC 1701: R-Camera Error

NOTE:

	Check the vehicle battery condition first.
	This navigation DTC sets when a problem is detected in the rearview camera circuit.
	Before you troubleshoot, make sure to follow the General Troubleshooting Information.
	Check any official Honda service website for more service information about the navigation system.
	Check the connectors for poor connections or loose terminals.

?1.	Clear the hard error codes.

?2.	Press the engine start/stop button to select the OFF mode and then select the ON mode, and move the shift lever to R.

?3.	Move the shift lever to P or N.

?4.	Check for hard error codes.

Is DTC 1701 indicated?

The failure is duplicated, go to step 2.

Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.?
