Humidity/In-Car Temperature Sensor Test

NOTE:
Before testing the sensor, check for climate control DTCs.
The climate control unit receives humidity (%) data via digital signal.
The climate control unit receives in-car temperature (°C) data via digital transmission.

1. Humidity/In-Car Temperature Sensor - Test

Turn the vehicle to the OFF (LOCK) mode and then the ON mode.
2.
Touch and hold the AUTO icon (A), then within 10 seconds touch and release the RECIRCULATION icon (B) five times.
3.
After the display mode of the sensor, release the AUTO icon. The temperature indicator (C) will flash the sensor number 1 and then the value for that sensor.
4.
Touch the REAR WINDOW DEFOGGER/MIRROR DEFOGGER icon (D) until the desired sensor number is displayed.
NOTE: The sensor number and the data are displayed alternatively every two seconds on the set temperature indicator.
