Are all data list values correct?
 
The FR WIPER MIST SW to FR WIPER HI&LO SW, FR WIPER HI&LO SW to FR WIPER INT&LO SW, and FR WIPER MIST SW to FR WIPER INT&LO SW wires are OK. Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time. Check for loose or poor connections.?
   
 
Repair a short between the wires.?
